We directly deliver flowers and plants in San Francisco for a flat $19 fee anywhere in the entire city of San Francisco, to any address. We're one block from the major freeways (Highways 101, 280, 80) which allow us to provide the fastest delivery experience surpassing any florist in San Francisco! We deliver to any business, residential or government office address in the city, including to neighborhoods like: the Marina, Little Italy, Financial District, Upper Market, SoMA, NoPA, North Beach, Presidio Heights, Bernal Heights, Twin Peaks, the Avenues, Sunset, Outer Sunset, the Filmore, Pier 39, Richmond, Jackson Square, the Emarcadero, Park Merced, the Haight, Japantown, Richmond District, the Mission, Golden Gate Park, Lands End, the Presidio, Oceanview, Indian Basin, China Basin, Candlestick, Hunter's Point, every hospital and hotel and (again) to any address in San Francisco. Our design studio is in the South of Market (SoMA) neighborhood of the city, close to the Financial District/Downtown and a stone's throw to most major businesses. Our cut-off of same day deliveries is usually 1:00pm, but it's subject to change based on delivery driver availability. We may be able to still take your order for the same day until 2:00pm (please call to confirm availability). We encourage you to order as soon as are able to take advantage of the best delivery time. We would also be happy to organize a delivery outside of our delivery range completely for you if it is an address beyond 45 miles from San Francisco. If it is really far away and we can still do it ourselves, we will - otherwise, we would be working with another florist who fulfills the order & delivery. Other florists often don't have the same inventory or design capabilites that we do so there substitutions are necessary. Additionally, other florists aren't on our delivery system, so often obtaining a final picture or delivery signature isn't possible. In other words, Rossi & Rovetti Flowers cannot always guarantee to the precise or exact look and presentation of the arrangement or the flowers used. [ But even with a long distance order, we will work hard to ensure the effect should still be a positive one for your recipient !]
Delivery is easy and quick. We have multiple options, including free pick-up, $19 standard delivery (delivery usually within 4 hours for same-day deliveries, these get prioritized early in the day for next-day or future-day deliveries) and rush delivery available (which is delivery within about 90 minutes or less) within San Francisco and a calculated rate anywhere else in the Bay Area and USA. Free pickup from our San Francisco store is available anytime! There is no difference between same-day or future day delivery. Same day delivery is up to our cutoff time, which is usually 1:00 PM daily [though it can be earlier in the day if it is a busy day so we recommend placing your order as early as you can]. After 1:00 PM, we may possibly be able to do a same day delivery until usually 2:00 PM, if we have capacity (please call). We will always contact you immediately though if there's a problem after placing your order online for the delivery time specified. For out of range orders where we can't drive to, a calculated delivery fee will be added to each order where delivery applies and for each address delivered to. Delivery drivers who specialize in carefully delivering your flowers appropriately are highly trained and insured. It is a lot more complex than pizza delivery. Orders should be placed before our cut-off time when requesting same-day delivery. For same day service after 1:00 p.m., call our designer at 415-543-4400 to confirm availability. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day (or) on a day you specify during the week. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We're open five days a week during the Summer. Sunday we're spending time with family and at church. Presently, in most cases we are unable to make deliveries on major recognized holidays (excluding special agreements with us). Deliveries requested on these days online will be delivered the first business day following the weekend.
Each and every item is handmade to order so some variation will occur in style and color. What you see online will not be an exact replica of what you will receive but style and finish will be very similar. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items or glassware may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Requesting a re-delivery, return or a refund is easy! We stand behind our product and our service 100%. If you are not satisfied for any reason, call us within 24-48 hours of delivery for a return, re-delivery or refund and we'll be happy to accommodate you.
Include which date you would like the recipient to receive the flowers in the delivery date field of the order. If we cannot accommodate this date, we will contact you by email (however you specify) generally within 60 minutes during business hours of placing the order.
