I really liked the way they handled my order. I was able to see the process on my flower, and the picture of the flowers that was sent. I am located hour away but I would just check online to see my order status and a picture of the flower arrangement when it was finished and a the delivery signature to assure me it was received! I love the service very friendly, kind and helpful.
